Artist Statement

The focus of my capstone exhibition is reflecting on the relationship between shapes and forms in nature and the human form.

Through the use of digital photography, I captured images of nature at the Sunflower Festival in Lynn, MA. The digital copy was then projected onto the body of a person. The entirely new image invites the viewer to explore similarities and differences between shapes and forms in nature and the human form.
